Due to composite machining, the structure of high-precision vertical lathes becomes more complex. The increasing functions and processing content make the processing, vibration, and heating conditions different, which requires the design of mechanical structures to keep up with their respective situations. Moreover, due to the diversity of functions, higher requirements have been put forward for corresponding programming, which requires enterprises to put in more effort in machine tool production.

How should adjustments be made to high-precision vertical lathes? Let's take a look together:

1. Check the equipment status and shift handover records to confirm if the machine tool is functioning properly. Press the main power switch button to turn on the power; If using lighting, turn on the switch. Open the chuck, adopt corresponding clamping methods according to the different workpieces, and clamp the workpieces onto the chuck. Select the appropriate indexing change wheel based on the workpiece parameters, and the indexing formula is: (A/B) × (C/D)=6/ZZ=Number of spline teeth. Choose the appropriate feed rate. Use the vertical and horizontal automatic feed button and quick move button of the workbench to move the workbench closer to the workpiece. Rotate the tool to start machining the workpiece. Press the spindle start button and use the vertical and horizontal automatic feed button of the workbench to move the workbench to a position far away from the tool (the starting position of the workbench).

2. Turn the spindle forward and reverse handles to the middle position to stop the motor from rotating.

3. Press the motor stop button.

4. If using cooling, turn the cooling pump switch to the off position "0".

5. If using lighting, turn off the lighting switch.

6. Press the main power switch to disconnect the power supply. Loosen the bolts and unscrew the nuts, and install the milling cutter onto the spindle. Tighten the bolts and unscrew the nuts. Press the vertical and horizontal feed control handle button on the workbench to move and correct the distance between the tool and the workpiece, and select the appropriate feed speed. Press the vertical and horizontal automatic feed button on the workbench to perform forward and backward automatic feed in both directions.

Determine the machining allowance according to the drawings and process documents, adjust the process parameters, clamp the workpiece, and use trial cutting method for processing to ensure the size of the replaced product. When pushing the transmission handle, there is a serious gear collision sound, which is due to the long contact time of the microswitch; When the variable speed gear is not changing the spindle speed, the variable speed handle cannot be pushed to the original meshing position, which is because the microswitch is used for conduction; After opening, it is no longer cut off, and the spindle rotates normally. This requires cutting off the power supply and having an electrician repair it.
